As a senior leader at the firm, she oversees design quality and ensures the team delivers on time and within budget.

Mickey holds a Bachelor of Architecture with High Honors and a Master of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. She also studied architecture at the École des Beaux-Arts in Versailles, France.
