Steel and Polyurethane Sculptures
An early work focused on exploring two distinct ways to generate sculptural-object form. One was a subtractive approach used in traditional stone carvings, and the other was a modern constructivist approach, inherently additive and architectural in spirit. The common thread of the work was the study of internal relationships and a dialog among multiple elements. Also, the placement of the sculptures was a deliberate invocation of the artificial vs nature controversy.
